  • Set your intention. It’s your compass, pointing you to where you want to go.

  • Lean into awareness. Self awareness is the keystone to any meaningful change. Bringing our thoughts and feelings to consciousness allows us to learn from them rather than be driven by them.

  • Awareness and knowledge are essential first steps. Putting intention into practice is resilience building in action. Each time we experience, fail and learn, we build our inner strength and resilience muscles, again and again.
